Relaxation, activation and cohesion in the workplace
In our society, paid work is viewed as a normative source for maintaining fundamental existential foundations. This livelihood security is indispensable nowadays. However, work not only fulfills this task, it is also the link between many psychosocial factors. This includes, among other things, one's own identity and meaning , needs for cooperation , integration and recognition , personal development and individual health . Countless studies confirm the beneficial effects of meditation , relaxation methods and mental training . However, not only the aspect of health is in focus here, but also the mind-expanding components , with an increased receptiveness and wider attention span , play an additional role here. Studies also confirm the empathic and emotion-regulatory components in the course of meditation practice. Brain areas that are associated with empathy are much more active and enlarged here . In addition, the amygdala, the amygdala, which is among other things, stress and anxiety associated gradually smaller in meditators with practice and experience. All of this is evidence and impetus to establish mental exercises in the workplace .

MENTAL TRAINING
The influence of the mind on the body should be made clear here. Conscious (guided) imagination processes are intended to provide an insight into the effectiveness of the imagination in order to refine the feeling for mental processes. In addition, mental training is used as a catalyst for self-efficacy, empathy and body awareness.
MEDITATION AND RELAXATION PROCEDURES
The effect of meditation is becoming more and more interesting from today's scientific perspective. More and more studies prove their healing, performance-enhancing and mind-expanding power. Meditation is not only relaxing, it also changes the functions and structures in the brain. It leads to an improvement in cognitive functions and is associated with changes in the architecture of certain brain areas. For example, people with meditation experience have a higher density of gray matter in some areas of their brain than people who do not meditate.
MENTAL AND PHYSICAL ACTIVATION
Physical and psychological activation processes bring the mind and organism to an optimal level of performance and thus increase attention and promote targeted focus.
TEAM BUILDING
Team building measures ensure that the social and task-oriented cohesion within a group is strengthened. As a result, the idea of competition and comparison within a company lose their value and the common, supportive achievement of a goal becomes more important. A good working atmosphere and an emotional balance become the basis for trusting relationships.
SOCIOMETRIC CHANGE OF PERSPECTIVE
Hierarchical structures and isolated work areas and positions contribute to ingroup / outgroup thinking within a company. This can be converted into an empathic perspective through targeted role redistribution. These are carried out in a mentally constructed framework.
PSYCHOSOCIAL EDUCATION
Through psychological and sociological principles, the above-mentioned measures and exercises receive a theoretical foundation on which the participants build their breeding ground for practical implementation.
